Why Fitwise exists
Recruiters and applicant tracking systems look for the words in the job ad. Most people send the same CV everywhere, and many CV tools "fix" that by inventing skills. Fitwise does the opposite.
What we believe
- Your CV, your format. You spent time on your layout. Fitwise keeps it: your Word file is edited in place, your PDF is rebuilt in the same style.
- Nothing made up. Fitwise reorders what you already wrote so the most relevant experience comes first. Keywords you don't have are shown to you, never slipped in.
- Fair pricing. Tailoring in your own format is free to try (1 per person during pre-launch). Extras are prepaid, with no subscription.
- Built for applying abroad. One CV can become a US résumé, a UK CV, a Europass-style CV or a Dutch/German tabular CV. The daily jobs list shows English-speaking tech jobs in Europe, visa sponsorship first.
Where we are
